Fragrance // Missoni Eau de Toilette

Before the new Missoni Eau de Toilette* fragrance landed on my desk, I wasn't aware Missoni did fragrance, so that was a nice surprise. Missoni Eau de Toieltte is a scent I would gravitate towards more in the summer rather than autumn, but nethertheless, it's a lovely scent and definitely one that will be archived for next spring. The citrus, floral and woody fragrance revisits the signature of its Eau de Parfum counterpart and is particularly feminine; a fresh scent that opens with notes of blood orange, nashi pear, pink berries and waterlily scentrek. The Missoni Eau de Toilette heart blooms with petals of freesia, peony and rosyfolia blended with rosewater essence before drying down with woody notes of heliotrope flowers, musk, white cedar wood and georgywood.

Now, let's talk about the bottle, isn't it beaut? I especially love how it catches the light; almost reminiscent of the sunset of warmer climates with hues of orange, yellow and pops of pink that harmoniously blend together. The golden band around the bottle represents the woven threads of Missoni fabric and you feel like you're capturing that slice of luxury with every spritz.
